Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. That includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

About this role

Reporting to the Senior Director, P&C Strategic Business Operations, this role plays a critical part in enabling P&C’s strategy by ensuring the right work gets done at the right time, with the right resources. This role will manage and facilitate the end-to-end P&C governance process to enable clear prioritization and delivery of P&C projects. This includes the creation and maintenance of a P&C multi-year roadmap to enable and extend our P&C Strategy in support of the broader Enterprise Business Strategy. This role will serve as a strategic orchestrator of P&C’s operational planning and delivery - ensuring that work is properly assessed, prioritized, resourced and delivered in alignment with business goals and objectives.

This role will lead a centralized team of project and program managers responsible for executing prioritized programs, projects, and strategic initiatives. Acting as a delivery hub for P&C’s strategic priorities, the team ensures quality and timely delivery, provides regular reporting cadence on status of work in flight, and tracks KPIs and value realization.

Key responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management & Governance

    • Manage the enterprise P&C projects & initiatives portfolio—facilitating intake, prioritization, tracking, and governance of all work across the function.

    • Maintain a comprehensive, real-time view of in-flight and upcoming work, enabling transparency and informed decision-making across P&C and other business stakeholders.

    • Establish and continuously improve portfolio governance processes, frameworks, and tools to manage risk, interdependencies, and execution quality.

  • Resource & Capacity Planning

    • Develop and manage capacity planning processes to align resources—people, time, capabilities and budget—to the most critical work.

    • Partner with P&C leaders and initiative sponsors to forecast resource needs and address bottlenecks or gaps across teams.

    • Maintain a current picture of team bandwidth and adjust resourcing based on portfolio shifts and business demands.

  • Strategic Planning & Value Realization

    • Drive the annual and quarterly P&C planning cycles and facilitate translation of strategy into executable initiatives.

    • Establish consistent prioritization criteria to assess proposed work based on strategic alignment, value, effort, and readiness.

    • Define and track value realization metrics for priority initiatives; support benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews.

  • Leadership of P&C Portfolio Delivery Team

    • Lead and manage a team of P&C project and program managers who are deployed to drive the execution of high-priority P&C initiatives.

    • Set delivery standards, templates & tools, provide coaching and guidance, and ensure consistency in project planning, execution, and reporting.

    • Serve as a central point for matching project management talent to the highest-value work across the P&C function.

    • Support in removing blockers to project team either through problem solving, escalating and/or risk mitigation when required.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

    • Partner with P&C leadership, business sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of outcomes.

    • Create and deliver dashboards, updates, and executive-level materials to communicate portfolio health, resource utilization, and value delivery.

    • Champion a culture of informed decision-making, accountability, and results across P&C.

    • Socialize recommended process and prioritization improvements, secure approvals, and support the enablement necessary to drive and sustain change.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, strategic planning, portfolio or program management, or transformation roles.

  • Experience leading project or delivery teams, ideally within a strategic HR or transformation context.

  • Experience with both process and platform related projects in a global and rapidly changing environment.

Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of P&C functional areas, operating models, and workforce planning principles.

  • Proven ability to lead portfolio and resource planning processes across complex, matrixed environments.

  • Experience managing and coaching project managers or delivery teams, with a focus on execution and operational excellence.

  • Skilled in using project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Microsoft Project, etc.).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to align stakeholders from project team level to executives.

Values-Based Leadership

  • Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.

  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.

  • Communicates with honesty and kindness and creates the space for others to do the same.

  • Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.

  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.

  • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously
