about this team
The Supply Chain Reporting and Analytics team support Supply Chain and LLO leadership to make fast, effective and data driven decisions through providing access to reports, data and analysis. The team partner closely with Global Supply Chain Strategy and Programs leadership to support specific strategic projects, reports, build models, and conduct studies and analyses to help deliver on scaling for growth, building resilience, and optimizing margins.
a day in the life
- Develop a solid understanding of product production processes and data so that you can create and execute reports required.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance recurring reports, dashboards, operational tools, and automated solutions mainly supporting Sourcing, Production, Costing, Product Development, Manufacturing Excellence, and Process Excellence.
- Extract, clean, validate, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple systems to generate accurate, actionable insights.
- Lead low‑to‑moderate complexity reporting and analytics projects end‑to‑end.
- Support detailed analytics by identifying trends, summarizing findings, and distilling insights to inform business decisions.
- Partner with Supply Chain and IT stakeholders to understand KPIs, address reporting needs, support data acquisition/testing, and resolve issues.
- Maintain reporting documentation, data definitions, and SOPs to ensure consistency and governance.
- Identify data gaps and improvement opportunities; recommend enhancements to reporting efficiency and visibility.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on system upgrades, best practices, and reporting impact.
qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, supply chain operations, or a related analytical role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, formulas, pivots, Power Query, and VBA-based process automation.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate or other reporting and automation tools is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets accurately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with curiosity to understand business context behind the data.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly.
- Highly organized, thorough, and able to manage multiple reporting tasks and deadlines.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and asking questions to clarify business needs.
- Experience in consumer products, apparel, retail, sourcing, production, or supply chain is preferred.
- Understanding of garment FOB, sourcing, costing, product mix, or profitability drivers is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new systems, tools, and supply chain processes.
