  • Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure roadmap alignment and delivery excellence.
  • Collaborate with business product teams to define operating models and ways of working that scale across the enterprise.

Customer & Market Focus

  • Act as the voice of internal customers, ensuring platform features meet evolving business and technology needs.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitive benchmarks to inform platform strategy and roadmap evolution.
  • Drive change management and communication strategies to support adoption, business continuity, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Passion for developer experience, platform scalability, and operational excellence.
  • 7+ years of leadership experience and ability to lead through direct reports (3-4), dotted line relationships and cross functional collaboration
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering complex, enterprise-scale initiatives in an agile environment.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, engineering platforms, or software development lifecycle
  • Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
