lululemon is a yoga-inspired technical apparel company up to big things. The practice and philosophy of yoga informs our overall purpose to elevate the world through the power of practice. We are proud to be a growing global company with locations all around the world, from Vancouver to Shanghai, and many places in between. We owe our success to our innovative product, our commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we get to make in every community we are in. We believe our purpose is to elevate the world by realizing the full potential within every one of us.

about the role

The EMEA Digital Marketing team exists to define and execute the digital strategy for customer acquisition. Our goal is to drive omni-channel sales for our European business and grow our community. We utilise a range of acquisition channels including Search (SEO & PPC), Affiliate Marketing and Paid Media to deliver elevated digital experiences, drive purchase and engage beyond transactions.

We’re diversifying our digital marketing channels to reach new guests and increase brand awareness. We’ve established a dedicated influencer marketing function to leverage our current creator network, attract new potential creators and harness the increasing power of commercial influencers. This work began with the UK market, and we are now in the early stages of scaling our efforts in Germany and other regions.

As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, UK you will help to develop and execute the influencer program in this region. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to strategy and processes for influencer marketing in EMEA. In collaboration with other teams you will be responsible for end-to-end management of influencer campaigns. This includes influencer recruitment, ongoing relationship management, briefing campaigns, reporting on performance and managing payments.
