Our Global Distribution teams are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team supports lululemon’s overall purpose by ensuring we are fulfilling our products to our guests through our various channels including our retail stores and ecommerce. At it’s core, this team oversees, manages, and owes product flow through each of our North American DC’s for all channels.


a day in the life

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Data Analyst with expertise in data visualization and advanced proficiency in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions). This role is an individual contributor position designed for a subject matter expert (SME) who will drive the development and optimization of data visualization tools, enabling the organization to make data-driven decisions efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, deep technical knowledge, and a proven track record of creating advanced dashboards and reports that simplify complex data.


  1. Data Visualization and Dashboard Development:
    • Design, build, and maintain advanced data visualization tools, primarily using DAX and platforms like Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
    • Ensure dashboards and reports are user-friendly, scalable, and tailored to meet business needs.
  2. DAX Expertise:
    • Write and optimize DAX formulas for calculated columns, measures, and queries.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues in DAX and data models.
  3. Data Analysis and Insights:
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover actionable insights from complex datasets; capable and experienced in exploratory analyses
    • Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data solutions.
    • Summarize and effectively communicate results/business value
  4. Data Modeling:
    • Develop and manage data models to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability.
    • Collaborate with data engineering teams to integrate data from multiple sources.
  5. Collaboration and Support:
    • Act as a subject matter expert in data visualization and DAX, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
    • Deliver training or documentation to enable self-service analytics across teams.
  6. Continuous Improvement:
    • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing reports, processes, and tools.
    • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in data visualization and analytics.

  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, mathematics, statistics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization roles, with a strong emphasis on DAX and tools like Power BI.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX, including calculated measures, relationships, and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in data visualization best practices and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques (e.g., forecasting, clustering).
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 – $135,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

 workplace arrangement

 This role is classified as hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy:  

  • Hybrid: In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
