About this team

The Digital Marketing Team collaborates closely with cross-functional partners, including E-commerce, CRM, Brand, Community, and Retail, to drive growth across the entire marketing funnel. We manage a wide range of digital channels with a strategic focus on acquisition, retention, and reengagement. As experts in digital, we rely on data-driven decision-making to achieve key performance outcomes, measuring success through metrics such as reach, engagement, traffic, revenue, and return on ad spend (ROAS).


A day in the life 
  • Own and lead full-funnel media strategy to achieve both brand and online business objectives
  • Lead a team of Digital Marketing specialists to deliver best-in-class media executions
  • Analyze and optimize online performance campaigns towards KPIs
  • Lead agency relationship and align the communication strategy with key partners across AUNZ
  • Monitor digital marketing trends across categories to generate insights for new digital marketing strategies to accelerate lululemon’s growth 
  • Build a long-term marketing mix model for AUNZ in partnership with regional and global teams
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure digital marketing efforts align and are lockstep with the brand and product strategies


Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in online marketing for a leading consumer brand or tech company 
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications 
  • Proven track record of managing media strategy and budgets across key marketing channels.
  • Demonstrated experience of prioritizing and planning skills to organize and manage projects and communications activities on time and to budget.
  • Strong communication skills and experience leading cross-team collaboration and projects.
  • Familiar with industry best practices and market trends.
