about this team

We partner with leading studios, gyms, businesses, retailers, universities and teams, sharing with them our best in the world technical product. Under the Strategic Sales umbrella there are a few programs designed to spread the love and be in relationship - wholesale, campus, studio essentials, corporate, key accounts and team program. The Operations team is the engine room of the channel, driving operational excellence to achieve strategic goals and effectively supporting both sales and partners. 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

  • You create and own the operational strategy in alignment with channel and regional goals 
  • You lead the Operations team, providing coaching, feedback and support to help their leadership & development
  • You own all channel processes across technology, accounting, legal, reporting, communication, logistics, licensing and inventory management  
  • You create and improve operational processes to drive new program growth and new market entry
  • You collaborate with cross functional partners to roll out and enhance operational processes and ways of working 
  • You manage and own the channel’s inventory operations, working closely with our Merch & Planning team
  • You are the key decision maker in our tech infrastructure roadmap, working with key global stakeholders 

 

Qualifications, skills & experience 

  • 5+ year’s experience working in wholesale or licensing or B2B Operations at a manager level+ 
  • Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong listening, oral & written communications skills 
  • Logical analysis and positive problem-solving skills
