The core mandate of the Supply Chain Global Fulfillment Product Management (PdM) team is to solve complex Supply Chain challenges by operating as a technology product organization and delivering tangible enterprise-grade software products, platforms and data capabilities across every stage of the technology product lifecycle. Our team is critical in lululemon’s pursuit to fuel growth, drive innovation, and deliver on our promise to improve the wellbeing of people and minimize our environmental impact. To meet our Supply Chain/Global Fulfillment stakeholder needs, we partner closely with business leaders, engineering, architecture, data, and technology delivery teams to define technology product strategy and roadmaps, and to deliver scalable, secure, and reliable digital solutions that enable leading Supply Chain capabilities.
a day in the life: what you’ll do
In this role you will lead the day-to-day execution and be the point of contact for one or more large/mid-scale and high/mid-complexity Supply Chain technology Product(s). You will promote a user-centric and systems-thinking mindset, collaborate daily with cross-functional technology teams to deliver production-ready software capabilities, and mentor junior Product Managers / Analysts as they develop in technology product delivery.
• Responsible for understanding how specific technology product(s) align with broader Supply Chain strategy, capability roadmaps, and the underlying systems, integrations, data models, and platforms required to enable them.
• Define and execute a backlog of work items (initiatives, epics, and user stories) by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise and plan Agile software delivery.
• Solve core Supply Chain technical problems by capturing functional and non-functional requirements, creating detailed user experiences, documenting acceptance criteria, and aligning on clear Minimum Viable Product (MVP) definitions for each release.
• Work with Agile scrum teams to drive delivery of scoped product features; partner closely with Engineering and Architecture to translate business intent into technical specifications, and iterate to determine optimal solutions considering system performance, scalability, complexity, and value.
• Lead product demos, identify system testing and validation requirements, determine training and change-enablement needs, and support product sign-off for production releases.
• Address feedback, defects, and technical enhancements identified during testing or post-release, fostering a continuous improvement mindset focused on product quality, reliability, and user experience.
• Inspire and train Product Analysts on technology product management and Agile delivery practices, providing clear documentation, system guidance, and day-to-day mentorship through a structured management approach.
• Own end to end WMS product delivery for warehouse implementations, from requirements and configuration through testing, cutover, go live, and post implementation stabilization.
• Translate DC operational workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory) into prioritized WMS epics and user stories in partnership with Operations, IT, and vendors.
qualifications
• Product Management: 5+ years’ experience
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; advanced degree preferred; Product Management certification preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering and deploying technology products and enterprise software systems in an Agile environment.
• Strong critical thinking, logical structuring, attention to detail, and excellent analytical and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work and deliver in changing environments, under limited guidance while adhering to specified delivery deadlines and budgets.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across technology, data, and business teams, adjusting to situations involving competing priorities.
• Demonstrated desire to continuously learn and improve through feedback.
• Demonstrated knowledge of general supply chain capabilities, technology platforms, systems, and performance metrics.
• Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence), and technology product frameworks (initiatives, features, epics, user stories).
• Ability to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
• Strong MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access experience; Proficient in SQL preferred.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $147,300 - $193,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
