About this team

The Distribution Technology team is a highly-motivated and knowledgeable squad that is responsible for day to day support functions and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple Distribution sites. This individual will be responsible for areas that focus on the Warehouse Management System that drives all user activities and hardware automation within Lululemon’s warehouses. The individual will be part of a team responsible for supporting the second largest labor force in the company! This position plays a key role in the stabilization of the warehouses with a strong focus and commitment to improve operational efficiency and eliminate defects.


A day in the life

  • The Systems Analyst analyzes technology systems and related processes to identify and design improvements.
  • Participates in functional solution, design discussions and system configuration with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain.
  • Has a strong sense of ownership with the ability to drive clarity in complex and ambiguous scenarios.
  • Provides technical knowledge and support to resolve technical issues.
  • Champions best practices around data standards, policies, and procedures
  • Serves as a team member, sometimes as a technical analyst, sometimes as a business analyst
  • Support production issues as relate to application functionality and integrations (after go-live) and provide technical ownership to drive to resolution
  • Sharing best practices amongst DC technology
  • Cross functional support on solving technical problems
  • Is Instrumental in capturing high-level functional requirements and translation into detailed requirements and actionable technical specifications
  • Drives partnership with fellow team members to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment to new solutions
  • Monitors system performance and recommends enhancements for
  • underperforming areas to drive efficiency and accuracy in supply chain execution.
  • Works to ensure application availability and SLAs for operational readiness


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of work experience in information technology
  • 1+ year working on Manhattan warehouse management systems, preferably WMOS and Manhattan Active WM
  • Knowledge and experience with distribution center processes and automation technologies such as warehouse control systems (WCS), material handling equipment (MHE), Putwalls, Autobaggers, etc.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL
  • Possess good understanding of software development practices and project life cycles
  • Possess strong team collaboration skills with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Creative problem solver possessing the ability to measure and improve products and processes
  • Self-starter with the ability to make independent decisions and the judgment to know when to seek guidance
  • Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work under pressure and during critical production issues
  • Supply Chain experience is a plus.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $105,800-$138,800; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
