This role is part of the Technology leadership team accountable for CFO Technology tracks delivering FP&A and Finance reporting, self-serve analysis products, and data science applications.

core responsibilities

  • Leading a team of Engineers, Analysts, Tech program Managers, business stakeholders, and software vendors across multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Managing people, processes, and timeline to ensure that high quality deliverables are produced
  • Ensuring the right skills are being used to solve the right problems by supporting the team with empathetic coaching, skills development, and career path leadership
  • Ensuring team produces software that meets business and technology requirements which is resilient, monitorable, performant, and maintainable
  • Leading resolution of production support incidents in accordance with incident management policies and procedures, and ensures that application changes follow change management policies and procedures
  • Stay abreast of latest technology and industry trends
  • Champion and enforce software development and operational support processes
  • Driving alignment by building effective partnership with stakeholders across global markets
  • Being a role model and lead awareness and training for your team in our IDEA program - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action

 

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or other related field, or equivalent experience
  • 8 – 10 years of experience in information technology with direct working experience leading complex, global technology initiatives
  • At least 3 years of experience playing the role of a Technology Manager / Engineering Manager
  • Strong understanding of data warehouse fundamentals and data warehouse technology
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining ITGCs, and adhering to SOX Compliance controls within a data warehouse ecosystem
  • Experience delivering high quality and performant reporting products for senior leadership teams, as well as self-serve data products to enable analysts finding key insights
  • Experience leading global technology team reaching across different working hours and timezones
  • Experience leading both delivery and support teams in a fast paced environment with high expectations and demanding stakeholders
  • Experience in cloud data warehouse and reporting technologies, preferably with Snowflake, Azure, and Power BI
  • Experience in retail is preferable
  • Experience working with financial data/reporting is preferable

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $131,000 - $172,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and  subject to program eligibility requirements.
