About this team
Within the Digital team, the E-Commerce function is responsible for creating and executing strategies that deliver a world-class experience for guests on our Asia Pacific websites across multiple languages and multiple currencies.
A day in the life
You are directly responsible for the day-to-day operations of our branded ecommerce channel in Asia, specifically focused on our owned brand websites.
Set up KPIs to measure the success of the E-merchandising actions.
Aware of the E-Commerce inventory and look for any opportunities that we can take to satisfy guests’ needs at the highest possibilities.
Own how our product shows up online, creating unique strategies for how to merchandise our product to maximize sell through also considering with internal parties needs.
You build amazing relationships working with partners at our hub in Asia and internal partners at our SSC in Hong Kong to bring lululemon to life digitally for our Guests.
Lead the coordination of an amazing internal cross functional team which is responsible to the end-to-end execution of our online store(s) including: buyers, planners, brand coordinators, logistics, customer service, photographers, IT analysts, social media specialists and operations
You have a critical eye and an attention to detail that is second to none! You are always performing QA activities to maximize our guest experience.
Work closely with product allocation team for inventory control and replenishment.
You dive into metrics and analytics to organize the website for maximum sell through and drive sales KPIs
Support the Regional Digital team and in-market team in prioritization and implementation of ad-hoc projects as needed
Qualifications:
University degree - commerce or merchandising related would be a plus
Fluency in English & Chinese (written and spoken)
3-5 years experience working with an apparel brand in the Asia ecommerce market, supporting official sites and online department stores
Ability to drive results & lead industry in assortment, campaigns & product education
Able to work independently and manage strict timelines
Ecommerce is a 24 hour business so free evenings and weekends aren’t always guaranteed, being able to effectively manage your time is a necessity
Experience with Salesforce platform is a must
Proficiency in MS excel; knowing how to use photoshop and html is a plus
