We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

about this team

You’ll join the Women’s Lifestyle & Soft Woven Design team, shaping modern, elevated essentials and refined separates with a distinctly fashion-led point of view. The team focuses on elevated essentials and versatile separates, where thoughtful proportion, fluid silhouettes,

and material innovation meet everyday wearability.

Working in close partnership with Development, Technical Design, Fabric, Fit, and Merchandising, we translate creative intent into beautifully executed product. This highly collaborative process connects concept to construction, ensuring each piece reflects lululemon’s design DNA while advancing the aesthetic through elevated fabrication, precision fit, and modern detailing.

Soft Woven designs are crafted from premium woven fabrics chosen for their softness, drape, and movement—delivering a sense of ease without sacrificing polish. These pieces blur the line between performance and lifestyle, offering effortless sophistication and versatility. Designing within this category demands deep fabric and trim expertise, strong draping and construction skills, and a refined understanding of how garments move on the body—balancing expressive, fashion-forward design with functionality, comfort, and longevity.
