a day in the life: what you’ll do

The Strategic Sales, Licensing Coordinator is responsible for supporting our teams with Artwork Submission, tracking and organization for Universities, Pro Leagues and influential companies that help grow the lululemon brand through distribution of strategic Licensed Products. 

 

  • Responsible for working cross-functionally with Account Managers, Operations, Licensing, Graphic Design and Merchandising teams 
  • Support Licensing Specialist in daily flow of licensing approvals by maintaining Smartsheet and Excel tools. 
  • Responsible for executing artwork approval submissions with a critical focus on accurate data entry. 
  • Validate information and identify constraints in our processes and work collaboratively to create new efficiencies.
  • Manage day-to-day/weekly internal communications to update cross-functional teams on status reports and progress. 
  • Support the Strategic Sales team in the management and updating of resources and tools as required. 
  • Provide administrative & operational support to the Strategic Sales team
  • Support the Strategic Sales team in meeting facilitation and capturing actions 
  • Own and complete additional special projects, duties and assignments as needed

 

qualifications

  • Ideally, one+ years’ experience within a retail store or customer service centre
  • Relevant experience or post-secondary degree in a related field
  • Strong time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects within tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well as a member on cross-functional teams, holding peers and partners accountable
  • Loves to collaborate and support every area of the business with ad hoc projects
  • Strong Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) as well as PowerPoint, Smartsheet and SharePoint 
  • Prepared to challenge the 'status quo,' with an active interest in innovating how we work Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy


In-Person 

Work is performed onsite, 4-5 days per week. Applicants must be located in, or willing to relocate, to the specified work location. 


Additional Notes
 Authorization to work in Canada is required for this role.  

 

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300- $72,600annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program , subject to program eligibility requirements.
