FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. A day in the life:

Reporting to the Senior Manager, FP&A, the Manager, FP&A is responsible for leading Financial Analyst in the execution of financial planning and analysis activities including our Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecast, variance analysis, decision making support within Corporate Functions, and driving SG&A excellence including processes and tools improvements.

  • Lead SG&A budgeting for Finance Operations, People & Culture, Legal and Executives group.
  • Strategic business partner to our senior leadership team, with budget management and decision support.
  • Perform and review monthly and quarterly variance analysis while actively monitor risks & opportunities.
  • Drive SG&A excellence including process improvements and enhancements on SG&A processes and tools.
  • Support monthly and quarterly executive and board meeting materials.

Qualifications:

  • Bacher's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • CPA or MBA a plus.
  • 6+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience within fast-paced business environments.
  • Retail industry experience an asset.
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle EPM and PowerBI an asset.
  • Extremely organized, through and takes pride in quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
  • Ability to cultivate strong business partnership with all levels.

Compensation and benefits package: 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $107,500- $141,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
