about this team 

The Digital Analytics and Optimization team (DAO) supports the enhancement of the guest experience across our global digital platforms through insights and analytics. DAO collects, enhances and leverages the data necessary to create automated dashboards, deep dive analyses, ab tests, advances statistical models and optimized guest experiences. This role supports our Guest Experience Optimization program. This program assembles qualitative and quantitative insights to deliver collaboratively-developed journey-based experience improvements.


a day in the life: what you’ll do 

  • Work with partners in product, business and user experience to optimize the global, omni-channel guest experience 
  • Responsible for developing a suite of customer journeys and attaching quantitative metrics to steps and experiences within those journeys
  • Develop and execute measurement and testing plans to understand current performance
  • Develop and execute measurement, testing and statistical plans to understand the performance or potential performance of new features and enhancements
  • Host large scale brainstorming and execution planning sessions for experience optimizations with participants across multiple departments
  • Ensure stakeholder alignment with their roadmaps
  • Ensure insights and learnings are communicated across the business in a persuasive and easy-to-understand way
  • Present findings in settings with senior leadership
  • Work with partners in engineering and technology on development support for testing and new/enhanced features
  • Use appropriate methods to understand the incrementality of new and enhanced features and experiences
  • Understand the quantitative aspect of performance measurement and how to assemble into a holistic qual+quant story
  • Project manage the delivery of journey optimizations, working with your dedicated analytics and user experience resources as well as partners in business, product and technology to get things done in a thorough, impactful and efficient way
  • Leverage learnings to influence future roadmaps


qualifications 

  • 5+ years in optimizing the customer experience through data
  • 5+ years in project management
  • Expertise in developing and fostering collaborative cross-functional relationships
  • The proven ability to explain complex concepts in easy-to-understand language
  • Experience with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Testing / personalization tools
  • Excel, Powerpoint, Miro/other collaboration software, Confluence, Jira
  • University education 
  • User Experience background 
  • Project management experience 
  • Knowledge of statistics, analytics and consumer insights

 Compensation and Benefits Package  


lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 - $162,100annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 4 days per week.
