core responsibilities

Deliver capabilities supporting Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) reporting, related platform and engineering services, building pipelines and supporting engineering platforms for information delivery. Drive platform engineering for all initiatives around ESG and reporting platforms. Define the processes needed to achieve and sustain operational excellence including project delivery and system integrity. Build, lead and scale team of engineers. Manage the engineering team providing technical expertise in design, build and launch of data models/pipelines, reporting/analytics platform ownership. Partner with analytics, project management and business leadership to implement Data/BI solutions. Define and manage cost/budgets, security, administration, access/authorization, performance optimizations/tuning, escalation, and support models. Rapidly develop prototypes, proof of concepts and innovative ideas using data and machine learning.

 

Telecommuting permitted up to 1 day/week.

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

 

qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field plus eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in analytics engineering (data and reporting).

 

Of the required experience, must have 7 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

  • Working with large scale implementations of cloud data systems;
  • Power BI;
  • Python and low code/RPA solutions;
  • Non-functional attributes of systems and developing solutions; and,
  • Cloud ecosystem products.

 

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently):

  • Managing and building geographically distributed teams and vendor management, including hiring a global workforce.
  • Handling scalability issues for ELT/ETL platforms, including reporting and information delivery.

 

Of the required experience, must have 5 years of project management experience.

 

Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience as a direct supervisor, or 5 years of experience as an indirect supervisor providing career and performance feedback to junior technology professionals.

 

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience working in the retail industry.

 

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience managing a portfolio of Capital Expenses & Operating Expenses of at least $1 million.

 

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of ESG reporting experience.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $207,800.00 - $227,800.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
