Attract, Engage, Capture – the lululemon Community Manager is responsible for leading the team that builds brand advocacy and strengthens brand resonance by driving brand awareness and deepening engagement. Reporting to the Brand Marketing + Community Director, the Community Manager is a people and industry leader whom defines, creates and executes an integrated community strategy through an innovative mix of traditional marketing and grassroots community building. This leader is accountable for understanding how lululemon creates authentic and scalable connection points and amplifies key brand moments in Korea.
