A day in the life: 

Attract, Engage, Capture – the lululemon Community Manager is responsible for leading the team that builds brand advocacy and strengthens brand resonance by driving brand awareness and deepening engagement.  Reporting to the Brand Marketing + Community Director, the Community Manager is a people and industry leader whom defines, creates and executes an integrated community strategy through an innovative mix of traditional marketing and grassroots community building. This leader is accountable for understanding how lululemon creates authentic and scalable connection points and amplifies key brand moments in Korea.


  • Responsible for developing and overarching community strategies contributing to driving brand awareness and engagement in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Oversee the community programs: Ambassadors, Sports marketing/Partnerships + Here to Be Program, Retail, Sports marketing/Partnerships and Events. By managing the direct reports to deliver on their respective strategies and KPI’s and ensuring all plans are focused on guest acquisition, guest retention, and traffic driving overall business growth.
  • A day-to-day partner to key brand marketing + business stakeholders ensuring an aligned annual brand and community calendar is reflective of what is happening in each market and is specifically crafted to support the business objectives.
  • Optimize global/regional community strategies and programs to maximize local relevance and acceptance.
  • Lead and develop the community team to create community pipeline and continue to evolve community strategy.
  • Track and measure the impact of all community initiatives and programs
  • Day-to-day budget management/tracking


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related field and 8+ years' experience in the marketing field
  • You make connections with your community easily and effortlessly and thrive on building relationships
  • Successful experience in a management position with proven ability to provide direction to other managers
  • Proven ability to negotiate, influence and collaborate with other key decision makers in a complex matrix environment
  • Strategic thinker who has delivered results through execution
  • Consumer experience with a youthful, cutting edge, influential brand
  • Proven experience developing and driving digital initiatives from inception to execution
  • Excellent managerial skills, with a reputation for being flexible, energetic, hardworking, inspirational, enthusiastic
  • Eligible to live & work in KR
  • Able to work in a fast paced and lively environment
