FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. The North America Omni FP&A team is responsible for forecasting and reporting overall omni channel performance. 



A day in the life:



Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, the Financial Analyst is responsible for the forecasting and reporting of Omni channel programs and initiatives. This role is a key partner to the North America revenue team and strategic partner to Omni cross-functional partners. 


  • Produce weekly and quarterly reporting and analysis to North America leadership to highlight key drivers of the business
  • Support the quarterly sales planning process, acting as a key partner to the product and guest planning teams
  • Create and maintain complex financial models and dashboards to story-tell financial performance
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects to provide financial analysis to support decision making



Qualifications:


  • +3 years professional financial experience focused on financial modelling, analysis, and reporting.

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or equivalent.

  • CPA or MBA is an asset.

  • Oracle EPM software and Power BI knowledge and experience is a plus.

  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, expert knowledge of Excel is required.

  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.

  • Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.

  • Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).

Compensation and Benefits Package  

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-86,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program , subject to program eligibility requirements.
