In this role you’ll turn deep product knowledge and guest insights into clear, evocative copy that resonates across multiple regions. You’ll write within our brand voice - while helping evolve it - and collaborate with a best-in-class internal creative team, business partners, and leading agencies to deliver impactful work. core responsibilities



• Write clear, persuasive, on-brand copy across multiple channels (digital, social, email, retail, events, campaign, etc.)
• Maintain and evolve brand voice across touchpoints while ensuring alignment with brand guidelines

• Translate briefs, product information, and guest insights into engaging messaging
• Partner closely with designers, art directors, and cross-functional teams to develop compelling creative ideas

• Support creative development from concept through execution, ensuring consistency and attention to detail 

• Contribute to creative presentations and help prepare decks for internal and cross-functional reviews

• Present work confidently within the creative team and incorporate feedback thoughtfully

• Stay informed on industry trends, cultural moments, and emerging platforms to inspire fresh ideas

 

qualifications


• 3+ years of professional copywriting experience
• 3+ years of experience working on national or global brands across multiple channels

• Must have a folio of work demonstrating ideas and strong copy examples

• Ability to write to a brand’s tone of voice and an appetite to push it

• Ability to work on multiple projects at once and juggle diverse writing demands
