The Market Product Integrity team ensures our stakeholders - guests, educators, shareholders, employees, regulators, suppliers - trust us in what we say, do, and deliver. This team is accountable for a significant breadth of work, with oversight over a portfolio of multi-disciplinary teams with direct and indirect accountabilities to product, supply chain, stores/retail/GEC, PR/Brand/Communications, legal and sustainability.
The Product Integrity Lead, Wholesale role is responsible for ensuring quality management in partnership with Wholesale, Licensed Partners, Key Accounts, and independent business partners. This position will oversee all Product Integrity activities, from product development to guest feedback, driving continuous improvements in production quality and maintaining alignment with business objectives. With a focus on data-driven insights, the Product Integrity Lead, Wholesale will monitor trends and provide actionable recommendations to cross-functional teams.

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$101,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
