Our APAC Office Technology & Infrastructure (OTE) team stewards the end‑to‑end technology foundation across the region’s stores, distribution centers, and corporate offices, owning network connectivity (WAN/LAN/Wi‑Fi), core infrastructure, and office technology experiences (e.g., Teams/Zoom Rooms, printing, and end‑user devices). We partner closely with Retail Operations, Facilities/Construction, DC leadership, Enterprise Operations, Finance, and Enterprise Delivery to land new builds, refreshes, and migrations on time and on budget, while supporting office locations including Hong Kong, Melbourne, Seoul, Taipei, Hanoi, and Singapore. We’re a team based in movement: we run these technologies and also stay active together outside the office, showing up for one another in community events and on the trail with the same energy we bring to our business partners.
The Program Manager works closely with our business partners and Technology leadership to manage end-to-end programs, ensure roadmaps are in place for their programs, and take all program-level risks and dependencies into consideration to inform sequencing.
