Fulfillment Planning supports inventory health and space capacity within our distribution & logistics network. We are a team of passionate and solution-oriented leaders who are counted on as key business partners in strategic and operational decisions. Working closely with teams across Global Fulfillment and cross-functionally, we add value by proactively solutioning risks and driving key design decisions within our North American network.


a day in the life

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Fulfillment Planning & Inventory Management, the Senior Analyst will help lead the Supply Chain Inventory Management (‘SCIM’) workstream in North America partnering with teams across FP&A, Finance, Merchandise Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning. Through this workstream, the Senior Analyst will help optimize aged inventory turnover to drive margin benefit, and drive end-to-end inventory exit solutions for capability needs.


Additionally, the Senior Analyst will:


  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, FP&A and Fulfillment teams to optimize, track, and execute aged inventory exit plans in North America

  • Support with designing tools, systems, and processes to track and monitor inventory health within international regions and create sustainable exit solutions for aged inventory

  • Support in identifying and documenting exit fulfillment capabilities, dependencies and key network design decisions in partnership with Product and Fulfillment partners

  • Leverage both operational and financial expertise to identify/quantify impacts, leaning on your strong communication and engagement skills with partners to surface risks & options

  • Analyze large data sets and clearly summarize key insights to support decision making


qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in related field - Business/Finance, Supply Chain, Analytics, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field - Business, Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, etc.

  • Exceptional financial & business acumen understanding

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Power BI, Access, PowerPoint, Forms, and Word

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to conduct complex fulfillment network modeling and financial analysis

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and take on more responsibility

  • Undisputed integrity, personal and business ethics; ability to build trust and respect with different stakeholder groups

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills (verbal and non-verbal)

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
