about this team


 • You will be responsible for strategic execution of licensed markets inventory flow, including optimization of inventory supply quantification & deployment to maximize potential of market demand.
 • Supporting buyers and planners in managing & executing compelling product assortments for Wholesale and Strategic Sales partners that integrates strategic vision, guest insights, and meets or exceeds financial objectives
 • Work in partnership with Logistics teams to execute the efficient and accurate flow of merchandise to partners, including reviewing & systematically processing all weekly orders for shipping
 • Supports Buying team in execution of the seasonal Buy
 • Leverages systems, tools, and data to drive optimal inventory investments for partners
 • Recommends seasonal merchandise flow strategies that maximize sales and guest experience
 • Executes detailed analysis to drive performance within Wholesale & Strategic sales
 • In partnership with Buying team, supporting day-to-day communication from Global to partners regarding relevant delivery information, product markdowns, re-orders, cancellations & additions to the seasonal offer
 • Supporting the accuracy & data integrity of the reporting for seasonal in-line business (on-order, product flow reporting)
 • Analyzes historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities to business and recommends strategies to achieve financial goals
 • Prepare and participate in Wholesale Product Review meetings
 • Executes planning, reporting, analysis/decision support under the direction of planning team
 • Exhibit initiative to look beyond the everyday business to look for opportunities to maximize sales potential
 • Support manager in ad-hoc reporting, market research, and other miscellaneous projects as needed
 

qualifications, skills & experience


 • College certificate or University degree is required
 • 2-3 years merchandise planning experience
 • Previous experience with merchandise and planning systems.
 • Expert knowledge of Excel is required.
 • Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently.
 • Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
 • Extremely organized, thorough and able to prioritize
 • Detail orientated
 • Strong ability to see the merchandise vision and translate the vision into viable plans.
 • Results oriented – strong sense of motivation
 • Self directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful
