about this team

This function supports our internal Product Creation, Merchandising & Planning teams in creating & optimizing system workflows to enable their business processes.  We work to unlock new business capabilities ultimately helping lululemon live into our global growth strategies.  


a day in the life of an Associate Product Manager


Delivery & Execution

  • Help to develop detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams 
  • Engage in User Acceptance Testing of new features and functionality 
  • Help to create and deliver content for end user training 
  • Learn and follow principles of agile development

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work with the product team to gather requirements for upcoming feature development
  • Conduct end user interviews to gather feedback and propose future enhancements


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, information technology or a related field
  • 0-2 years minimum work experience in a related disciple – Retail, Supply Chain, or Operations
  • Intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly 
  • Interest in working collaboratively and building relationships with cross functional partners 
  • Effective communication, and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills 
  • Self-directed problem solver, proactive and resourceful

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $84,900 - $111,400 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
