about this team

The Mexico Brand Marketing Manager reports to Sr. Manager, Mexico Brand Marketing. Is responsible to develop and execute marketing initiatives that deliver into regional business objectives. At the center of the marketing organisation, the Mexico Brand Marketing Manager leads cross functional workstreams to deliver seamless guest experiences across all touch points. Elevates all initiatives with sound business strategies that invites strong partnership and co-creations between key channels, product and creative. They develop new systems and support and ad-hoc needs that improve marketing processes and initiatives. 

 

core responsibilities

  • Support Sr. Manager, Mexico Brand Marketing in executing small- to large-scale marketing initiatives/campaigns and weekly brand calendar commitments
  • Build out and execute campaigns and initiatives that deliver into regional business objectives
  • Support and maintain Mexico’s annual Brand Calendar
  • Build localized marketing plans to deploy global & NA initiatives for Mexico
  • Establish sharp positioning and channel mix per initiatives, write creative briefs and communication plans
  • Work with Mexico and North America key cross-functional partners to deliver best in class channel experiences
  • Manage stakeholders and partner with Manager/Director to keep leadership enrolled to marketing plans
  • Accountable to set and drive key KPI’s as well as measure, report and socialize results and learnings
  • Liese and project manage creative and channel needs between creative and channel partners between NA & Mexico
  • Own channel deliverables across brand calendar and works in partnership with Creative and Channel partners on final deliveries
  • Liese with localization teams to ensure transcreation and translations are relevant to Mexico but also keeps the essence of the brand content 
  • Supports on management of project budget

  • Inform global strategies with regional guest & business insights
  • Guide all channel partners toward cohesive executions
  • Drive tactical work plans and deliverables
  • Support creative development with strategic advice rooted in clear business needs
  • Provide positive inputs to improve internal processes
  • Assess, confirm and track projects budgets on regular basis

 

 

qualifications

  • 5 to 7 years of experience developing and driving digital and offline marketing campaigns/initiatives from inception to execution for leading brands
  • Ability to multi-task and bring solid project management skills that help develop new processes 
  • Creative brief development experience for different scale of campaigns 
  • Proven track record developing and delivering a thoughtful acquisition and retention strategy
  • Fluency (written + verbal) in English and Spanish required.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
