About this team 

The Lead, Digital Campaign Operations is responsible for pulling together brand and product campaigns representing channels across all digital marketing. This person will work closely with managers and strategists to identify the best channel mix to support a campaign brief, and then ensure that creative is delivered to execute. This person will inform Sr Leadership on campaign strategy and share feedback across teams. 

 

A day in the life:  

  • The lead, Digital Campaign Operations is the representative and internal connector between the Digital Marketing team and cross-functional partners across global brand, brand marketing, creative, and ecommerce. Daily communication and collaboration with all DM channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Video, Influencers, Affiliate, & Gift Cards) as well as internal and external partners is essential to drive strategy and process forward. 
  • Lead digital teams to compile cohesive campaign strategy across channels 
  • Attend campaign meetings, summarize key details and milestones for digital teams to create strategies and activate 
  • Work in collaboration with global brand, brand marketing, creative, product and ecommerce partners to identify growth and future campaign opportunities that deliver into our 2025 growth & guest objectives 
  • Educate leadership and cross functional partners on channel performance, creative best practices and industry trends that impact campaigns 
  • Inform leadership on cohesive digital marketing campaign strategy and performance, make recommendations for future programs  
  • Recommend and communicate digital campaign strategy that respond to adapting business needs 
  • Work in partnership with Global Brand and Brand Marketing teams to ensure campaign reporting is valuable, actionable and timely

qualifications: 

  • 3+ Years experience across digital, performance, or brand marketing. 
  • Proven experience co-creating strategies that support brand, product and guest objectives. 
  • Aware of the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, measurement and technology. 
  • Demonstrated relationship building skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives. 
  • Organized and effective project management and communication skills. 
  • Knowledge of adtech, industry trends around privacy and how this impacts guests.  
  • Proven ability to articulate vision and strategy in a way that inspires and motivates a team while focusing on achieving business goals.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from CAD $81,500 – $107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.

In-person collaboration and office-based work is necessary and important for this role. Work is performed onsite, 5 days a week, depending on role requirements.
