About this team:
Fit Model Coordinators are part of the Technical Development and Global Fit team and are responsible for facilitating the casting, recruiting, and scheduling of Fit Models for fittings and presentations, to support the Creative teams in achieving the desired fit of lululemon product.
A day in the life:
Facilitate fit model casting and recruitment based on business needs
Create and maintain data files for each fit model, including the facilitation of measuring the model on a monthly basis and maintaining up to date model measurements
Schedule models in accordance with GTM deliverables and development timelines
Communicate fit model schedule to applicable cross functional partners
Book fit model travel arrangements as required by the business
Accurately track fit model hours, submitting invoicing and ensuring payment to fit model is made
Onboard fit models, including providing fit model handbook and kit, and coupa and science of feel training
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with agencies, models and cross functional partners to support the scheduling of models for fittings and presentations. Brief models in advance of fittings and presentations to ensure they are aware of the requirements and expectations for the session
Act as the primary point of contact for models and agencies, to support efficient scheduling
Qualifications:
BA or Diploma or equivalent professional experience, training in Technical or Product Development preferred, PMP asset
Minimum 2 years of administration experience in apparel, fashion, event management, project management, or equivalent
Proficient with Microsoft Office Programs and Adobe Design Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)"

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-$72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
