about this team

The Paid Media team is searching for an ambitious Paid Media Specialist to join the North American team. The Paid Media team is responsible for driving omni-channel growth across paid social, audio, programmatic media, video (inclusive of CTV, OTT), and direct buys. They manage strategy, execution and reporting across the North American business, and work cross-functionally with internal and external partners, ensuring best in class execution and delivery on key performance indicators.

 

a day in the life: what you’ll do

The Paid Media Specialist is responsible for leading the execution and reporting for multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously. Working closely with the Paid Social side of the Paid Media team, this person will be in multiple platforms on a day-to-day basis, setting up campaigns and monitoring performance, optimizing, and reporting when needed.

  • Own campaign execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting for various projects and campaigns across multiple advertising platforms including Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and others when needed
  • Audit, analyse, and evaluate initiatives to ensure campaigns objectives are met
  • Hold a creative mindset to generate innovative ideas and identify new opportunities to scale performance
  • Pull actionable and relevant insights out of reporting, communicating back the high-level learnings
  • Manage daily budgets across platforms
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams on campaign creative and providing performance insights
  • Liaise with external vendors on day-to-day campaign performance, running tests, and launching new pilots

 

qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in a performance marketing role
  • Proven experience in managing Meta, Snapchat, TikTok campaigns to drive business needs; familiarity with DV360 and CM360 is a bonus
  • Experience running performance campaigns, awareness campaigns, and app installs campaigns
  • Experience in analysing data from platforms including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI
  • Understanding of the US and CA marketing ecosystem 
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively 
  • Comfortable managing budgets of $10M+
  • Advanced Excel skills to generate useful insights that influence performance optimizations
  • Proficiency with MS Office Programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Keeps up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing developments
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a history of solving unique problems

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,000-$86,600annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
