about this team

The Product Engagement and Operations team at lululemon supports in building and executing events, activations, communications, and operation support across the Product Organization to enable and drive internal engagement. The team works cross-functionally across various business units and key stakeholders to produce engagement and communication strategies that inform, inspire, and connect our global teams. 


a day in the life

The Product Engagement Specialist contributes to the Product Engagement event function by delivering logistical, administrative, and operational support to ensure event deliverables are met and executed successfully.


  • Manage and maintain up-to-date Events calendars.
  • Responsible for keeping organized, up-to-date records of vendor contracts, bookings, and event-related documentation.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, manage preparation of documents, room setup, and logistics pre- and post-meetings.
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for event initiatives and strategies.
  • Track incoming vendor invoices and ensure timely payment submission.
  • Support the preparation, logistics, and execution of large-scale activations and
  • events.
  • Manage end-to-end small-scale digital events.
  • Provide administrative support to the Events Manager to ensure team deliverables
  • are met.
  • Ensure the flow of critical information and data related to relevant projects is
  • communicated across the team in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across departments
  • involved in event execution.
  • Monitor event budgets, ensuring expenses are kept within set limits and reporting on financial aspects as required.
  • Troubleshoot any event-related issues and coordinate quick resolutions.


qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Events Management, PR, or a similar field.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to support the creation of event briefs, workback plans, and timelines.
  • Highly proficient with MS Office, particularly PowerPoint. Experience with Smartsheet or other project management tools is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including live, virtual, or hybrid formats.
  • Strong logistical skills, with experience managing event details such as vendors, catering, and room setup.
  • Proactive, with the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work well within a team and contribute to a highly collaborative environment.
  • Creative mindset with an enthusiasm for bringing fresh ideas to events and ensuring they are engaging and memorable.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $66,00-$86,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
