The Personal Shopping team is dedicated to delivering exceptional, highly personalized experiences through one‑to‑one omnichannel communication and services. We build ongoing, meaningful relationships with our guests by getting to know them deeply, anticipating their needs, and confidently recommending the right gear for every moment. Our goal is to make every interaction feel like a conversation with a trusted lululemon best friend. The team is motivated by driving incremental sales and deepening guest connection through on-going outreach to the guest. The Personal Shopping team sits within the Strategic Enablement function of the SSC and operates in a highly cross‑functional environment. We collaborate closely with Retail, Membership, Digital, Guest Support, Technology, Marketing, and Brand teams to bring the Personal Shopper program to life.
a day in the life
As the Personal Shopping Program Manager, you will support the execution, continuous improvement, and optimization of the Personal Shopping program. You’ll manage multiple projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals and guest expectations. Your responsible for managing core milestones and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders. You see the big picture and understand what it takes to be successful. Analyzing and mitigating potential risk, tracking milestones, and reporting to working groups and leadership teams alike. Your day might include:
• Design, bring to life and execute in-year strategies and initiatives for the Personal Shopping Program, e.g. ensuring operationalization of key aspects of the program, prioritizing feature roadmap for the tool
• Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders across the organization including developing and maintaining any custom tracking, reporting, or presentations as required
• Monitor program KPIs and analyzing data to inform decisions, collaborating with analysts to evaluate program impact and optimize performance
• Manage the program budget and ensuring financial alignment
• Support in communicating program updates to senior leadership and front-line teams
• Maintain shared documentation and roadmaps for transparency and alignment
• Lead program governance, ensuring that projects and initiatives are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact.
• Manage special projects/assignments as required by leadership
qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Program Management, or a related field
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a global, vertically integrated retail environment
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience in business case development and performance measurement
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in customer support operations, personal shopping, or clienteling is an asset
• Familiarity with product and technical team collaboration is a plus

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - 135,900 CAD annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
