a day in the life: what you’ll do

Provide Agile Program Management to Digital Transactions Core team. Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure that the Omni Channel platform is designed using best practices to meet growing global eCommerce scalability and reliability needs. Partner with platform hosting vendors to assess risk, coordinate, and schedule all activities occurring on the Transactions platform on pre-production and production environments. Manage bi-weekly releases including code reviews, release sign-ff, performance testing requests, and post-release testing sign-off. Lead program/project delivery in partnership with technology and business teams. Drive alignment on project deliverables by effectively partnering with stakeholders. Assemble and manage program roadmap and checkpoint gates. Responsible for managing holistic program budgets and key milestones. Champions project management best practices and processes.

 

 100% telecommuting permitted. Candidate may reside anywhere in the U.S.

 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.  

 

qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in Information Technology. Alternatively, the employer will accept Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, and 3 years of work experience in Information Technology.

 

Of the required experience, must have three 3 years of experience overseeing IT Ecommerce Omnichannel projects utilizing cloud services, microservices and open-source software.

 

Of the required experience, must have three 3 years of experience delivering project charters, project plans and RACIs using Jira, Confluence and Smartsheet.

 

Of the required experience, must have two 2 years’ experience leading globally distributed OMS projects consisting of software engineering teams and third-party vendors.

 

Of the required experience, must have two 2 years of experience in all of the following:

  • Program management
  • Agile and Scrum methodology
  • Project Lifecycle management

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $159,601.00 - $179,601.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
