The Lululemon Raw Material Sourcing team is dedicated to developing a global family that aligns with our core values and who are best in their field.  We provide our cross-functional partners with innovative, quality and value components, which enable Lululemon to deliver products that meet or exceed our guests’ expectations. 

 

a day in the life 

  • Actively support costing excellence through seasonal cost requests and negotiations, identifying cost-saving opportunities and creating processes and reporting as required.
  • Support the curation of a vendor base that offers Design and Development access to innovative and cutting-edge Raw Materials that inspire our guests.
  • Create, manage, analyze and summarize reporting to provide visibility to the business in your functional areas of responsibility.
  • Strong communication is essential in this role, as you connect with Product teams actively providing Sourcing input and bring insights from your partners to support required actions within Raw Material Sourcing.
  • Engage directly with vendor partners through in person and online meetings.
  • Support the Raw Material Sourcing strategy.
  • You build relationships to support your work with multiple functions including Raw Materials Development, Finished Goods Sourcing and Raw Materials Supply Planning.
  • You are a go to for your cross-functional partners for all things Raw Materials Sourcing related. 

 

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or related field with 3-5 years of supply chain experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications including advanced level Excel, Power Point, Power BI and Smartsheet are required.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and collaboration with a range of cross-functional partners are required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits Package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
