FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon’s overall financial performance. We are an amazing team of passionate, active and dedicated leaders who are counted on as a key business partner in strategic and operational decisions. core responsibilities 

Reporting to the Manager, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the forecasting, reporting and analyzing of omni channel revenue and initiatives. This role plays a key role in supporting strategic decisions to drive the business and helping to bring together the revenue story for North America. 

  • Produce weekly and quarterly reporting and analysis that highlight key drivers of the business for North America leadership 
  • Support the quarterly sales planning process, acting as a key partner to the product and guest planning teams 
  • Create and maintain financial models and dashboards to story-tell financial performance 
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and ad hoc projects to provide financial analysis to support decision making 


qualifications 

  • 5+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast-paced business environments. Retail industry experience is an asset 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration or equivalent 
  • CPA or MBA a plus 
  • Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner 
  • Able to communicate effectively and see the big picture 
  • Excellent team player as well as the ability to work independently 
  • Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Power BI is an asset

compensation and benefits package   

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500–$122,300 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
