About this team

Reporting to the Senior Director, Business Planning & Operations, the GTM Planning & Operations, Senior Manager will evolve and support the APAC Go-To-Market process with a focus on innovating existing ways of working. You'll be at the center of the business, leveraging your deep understanding of the end-to-end value chain to drive real impact. You'll partner with operational teams across the APAC organization to bring structure, alignment and drive commercial readiness. A successful candidate will be able to inspire change, operate in a matrixed organization and keep the business on track to meet commercial outcomes.


Reporting Structure

  • Reporting & Direct Reports: Direct report into the Senior Director, Business Planning & Operations APAC 
  • Direct Peer & Key Stakeholder Relationships: This role will work closely with the APAC Commercial teams (especially Product and Brand & Community), the Global Integrated GTM Transformation team and Global Enterprise Transformation team

A day in the life 

Commercial Planning:

  • Empower operational teams by creating centralized Region and Market 'command centers' that showcases upcoming product & brand campaigns, serving as a launchpad to enable commercial discussions for unified execution
  • Act as partner to the regional operational teams, with a finger on the pulse of the business to ensure commercial needs and insights are captured and discussed in the right forums
  • Co-ordinate and support ongoing cross-functional GTM/Commercial Planning meetings between APAC leadership to drive effective decision making (e.g. Pre/Post-Global Line Finalization, Seasonal Readiness)
  • Optimize and manage the Regional GTM Calendar and Commercial Calendars as strategic tools to facilitate and co-ordinate cross-functional teams around key milestones and deliverables

 

Go To Market Transformation:

  • Maintain & implement transformation roadmap, project managing multiple complex work activities across a matrixed APAC and global organization
  • Act as an effective Change Agent to enroll and educate operational teams and leaders on GTM milestone shifts and enhancements
  • Evolve the regional GTM process and empower teams through digital innovation, tool development and milestone/process redesign 


Qualifications:
  • 7 years+ of experience in Consulting, Transformation, Merchandising, or Planning within a fast-paced business environment
  • University degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • Deep understanding of apparel value chain, specifically Merchandising, Planning or Inventory Management processes
  • Experience in an global matrixed organization, able to navigate an organization independently, and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Proven track record in project management, developing workback plans and implementing complex business transformation initiatives end-to-end 
  • Strong facilitation and change management skills to drive cross-functional alignment across junior teams and senior leaders
  • Strategic vision and creative thinking: ability to look beyond existing processes and ways of working
  • Demonstrates a structured problem-solving mindset and sound business judgement
