The B2B Retail Engineering team plays a critical role in delivering digital solutions that enable our business customers to connect with our brand and products. We work across multiple business and technology domains to drive efficiency, scale, and exceptional partner experiences. Our team thrives on solving complex operational challenges, managing high-priority incidents, and continuously improving processes to better support our business partners.


core responsibilities


As a Senior Project Manager, you will:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver B2B projects that support key business initiatives, leveraging your deep understanding of the B2B landscape and operational processes.
  • Own the project lifecycle—from discovery and planning to execution and launch—ensuring seamless collaboration between business, product, technology, and vendor partners.
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, scope, timelines, resource requirements, and budgets while proactively identifying opportunities to improve and optimize business support workflows.
  • Anticipate and resolve risks, blockers, and dependencies across multiple workstreams, including expertly leading Critical incident management by clearly defining problem statements and driving collaborative resolution with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • Communicate proactively and clearly with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating alignment across complex issues and ensuring transparency.
  • Apply agile and delivery best practices to ensure continuous improvement in how we plan and deliver work.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and business partners to deliver high-impact outcomes.
  • Oversee and support other Project Managers across multiple pods, fostering alignment and delivery consistency.
  • Partner with Program Managers to support cross-functional initiatives and ensure effective coordination across programs.
  • Provide support to Program and Technology Managers in planning and execution activities.
  • Remain flexible and responsive to leadership priorities, supporting additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

 

qualifications

  • 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in B2B, retail, or product engineering environments.
  • Extensive B2B operational experience with a strong understanding of the B2B landscape.
  • Proven track record of working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including business, product, and technology teams.
  • Advanced expertise in leading Sev-1 incident management, with strong communication skills to define problem statements, navigate high-priority issues, and drive collaborative resolution.
  • Experience leading large B2B delivery focused, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize business support workflows.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, lead through change, and drive decision-making.
  • Strong working knowledge of project tools like Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a strong asset.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $123,500 - $162,100 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
