Quality is at the heart of who we are. The Product Integrity Data Analytics and Reporting team designs and operates the global product integrity reporting framework and ecosystem to maximize product value for guests while minimizing risk to the brand. The team serves as one of the pillars at the centre of excellence for policy, data, systems, and documentation, partnering closely with regional Product Integrity teams across markets.

 

what you’ll do

The Data Analyst is an experienced individual contributor who helps solves ambiguous business problems through analytics, systems thinking, and strong cross‑functional collaboration.  Operating as a data- and systems-enabled, AI-based local support and consulting function for Product Integrity, this role prepares, validates, and analyzes data to support dashboards, recurring reporting, and ad-hoc analyses in partnership with Senior Analysts to answer Product Integrity business questions. This role supports the org by partnering closely with technology, product management, e‑commerce, retail, and product and supply chain functions from design and development through sourcing, fulfillment, merchandising, planning, and allocation. The Data Analyst contributes to foundational data models, improves reporting processes and documentation, and independently delivers smaller analytical projects with clear data-driven insights. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of analytical reporting frameworks by maintaining Power BI dashboards, executing data exports across multiple systems, and troubleshooting data or refresh issues. The Data Analyst helps in framing problem statements, synthesizing insights across multiple data sources, and driving actionable recommendations while aligning with established Product Integrity strategies, standards, and systems.

 

core responsibilities

  • Support regular refresh, monitoring, and maintenance of Power BI reports, including investigating refresh failures and technical issues. 
  • Assist with Power BI reporting business-driven enhancements and automation efforts 
  • Contribute to executive-level program reporting deliverables, including manual data extraction and preparing weekly and quarterly reporting outputs for Product Integrity programs (Product Voice of Guest, Voice of Process, etc.) 
  • Deliver ad-hoc data requests, by synthesizing data across siloed systems and teams to identify trends, highlight key insights, and help drive actionable recommendations. 
  • Execute scheduled data exports and uploads to SharePoint, Smartsheet and reporting tools, ensuring timely distribution to cross‑functional partners and stakeholders.
  • Assist with day-to-day operation workflows, including ServiceNow ticket assignment to team members or cross-functional partners and coordination of Planner tasks. 
  • Maintaining reporting access and documentation, including PVOG dashboard access requests and updating system access guide as changes or gaps are identified. 
  • Support Supplier analytics data troubleshooting, assisting with issue resolution and performing routine data updates to ensure data accuracy. 

 

qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics and reporting; retail, apparel, or supply chain experience preferred.
  • Expert‑level proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, data modeling, and database structures; experience with Smartsheet.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and systems‑thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate ambiguity.

compensation and benefits package 
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $71,400 - $93,800 CADannually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.

  • Hybrid; In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
