Communications Partnering Lead
About the Role
As a Communications Partnering Lead, you will play a critical role within the Global Internal Communications Partnering team. You’ll lead the day-to-day management of key employee channels, including internal newsletters and the global intranet, ensuring they are timely, engaging, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
You’ll also provide communications support across the team, from drafting clear and engaging employee messages to supporting presentations and toolkits for senior leaders. This is an excellent growth opportunity for a skilled communicator who is eager to build experience in executive communications, channel management, and strategic partnering.
What you’ll do
■ Channel Ownership – Manage the planning, publishing, and maintenance of the global internal newsletter and the governance of our global intranet. Ensure that owned channels are fresh, relevant, and aligned with enterprise priorities.
■ Presentation & Materials Support – Partner closely with senior members across the team to build executive presentations, toolkits, and communication frameworks that support senior leaders and enterprise-wide initiatives.
■ Communications Support – Draft and edit employee communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with enterprise priorities. Support campaign rollouts and enterprise messaging efforts.
■ Team Coordination – Support the Global Communications Partnering team by coordinating timelines, tracking deliverables, and ensuring integration with the enterprise editorial calendar.
■ Measurement & Insights – Track and report on performance of the newsletter and intranet, surfacing insights and recommendations for improvement.
■ Operational Excellence – Help streamline team workflows, improve processes, and contribute to continuous improvement across the Partnering function.
What you bring
■ 5-8 years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or related fields.
■ Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, engaging, and employee-friendly communications.
■ Experience managing employee communication channels (intranet, newsletters, or similar).
■ Strong skills in presentation development (PowerPoint/Google Slides), with an eye for clarity, storytelling, and visual design.
■ Excellent organizational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
■ Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable team player who thrives in a global, fast-paced environment.
■ (Nice to have) Experience with content management systems, publishing platforms, or light design/multimedia capability.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
