Internal Community Coordinator
About the Role
As an Internal Community Coordinator, you will play a critical role within the Global
Events & Experiences team. In this role you will support our employees in sweating together to build community in our Vancouver Store Support Centre’s.
Additionally, you will lead the sweat scheduling for studios in our North American Store Support Centre’s enhancing the employee experience. Your work will be instrumental in building a local approach to how we create experiences that connect, engage, and inspire our North America SSC employees. You will be successful by fostering cross functional relationships while operating with a regional mindset. Based on project specifics, you will also support the full event life cycle from concept to execution for local community experiences.
What you’ll do
▪ Relationship Management - Responsible for coordinating a team of cross
functional partners and local Vancouver sweat instructors to bring class offerings
for employees to life.
▪ Scheduling & Logistics - Responsible for managing the digital schedule/userface
for the sweat studios including, sourcing instructors, invoice management, building
relationships with ambassadors, coordinating all details for classes, coordinating
needs with facilities team, booking of instructors and communicating schedule and
changes through office channels.

▪ Project Operations - Support local community project management as needed,
including creating operational plans, ongoing project communication, budget
management and operational planning and execution.
▪ Local Consultation - You consult on other sweat programming and event
experiences across North America through developing integrated channel plans,
sharing learnings and tested best practices.
▪ Sweat Classes – You continue to evolve and grow the sweat studio schedules for
the Vancouver offices to keep our employees moving and sweating as a community.
▪ Event Support – You support the Global Events & Experiences team as needed in
planning and onsite at events.
• Administration Support – Support the Global Events & Experiences team with
administrative tasks including file storage and sharing, expensing, gifting, product
orders and more.
What you bring
▪ An undergraduate degree is preferred
▪ 1-3 years’ relevant experience in event planning and production, marketing,
public relations or relevant field
▪ Experience in supporting studios or teaching classes is an asset
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
▪ Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities
▪ Innovative and strategic thinker able to apply entrepreneurialism to each project
▪ Able to work independently with minimal direction, seeking coaching and guidance
as needed

• Reports to: Senior Manager, Global Events & Experiences
• Portfolio: North America Global Internal Community including but not limited to
SSC employee experiences in and around our offices throughout North America,
global and functional town halls, awareness days, brand milestones, product
milestones, tournaments, sweat classes, Vancouver SSC sweat schedules and
more.
• Location/Travel: Vancouver based, Global team; occasional travel for key events
as needed

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $55,300-$72,600 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program and, subject to program eligibility requirements.
