About this team

The LINC Specialist will be critical to the success of the Global lululemon Intelligence Center (LINC) team, comprised of multidisciplinary specialists who will utilize and enhance a suite of advanced tools to collate and analyze information from various sources. The LINC Specialist will support internal Asset Protection teams and stores throughout our global business with protecting our people and property in assigned areas, maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests, while educating store teams and handling a wide variety of incidents from inclement weather, ORC, retail theft and fraud. 


A day in the life 
  • CCTV Monitoring and Review: Carefully monitor and analyze surveillance footage to detect and document incidents, suspicious activities, or policy violations.
  • Incident Documentation: Record detailed, accurate observations with precise timestamps for all relevant footage.
  • Report Preparation: Create comprehensive and factual reports that summarize findings, including visual evidence when required.
  • Evidence Management: Organize, label, and securely store video files for easy retrieval during investigations.
  • Fraud Support: Monitor and review incoming orders flagged for potential fraud and determine legitimacy using established criteria.
  • Internal Investigations: Analyze transaction data, employee activities, and system logs to identify patterns or irregularities indicative of fraud.
  • System Maintenance: Ensure equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to the technical team for prompt resolution.
  • Compliance and Confidentiality: Adhere to all company policies, legal regulations, and ethical guidelines regarding surveillance and evidence handling.
  • Incident and Crisis Response: Support in early identification and notification of potential or actual threats that impact people, property or product
  • Investigation Intelligence Support: Gathering of intelligence from various sources, including public databases, online platforms and surveillance tools.


Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in security, surveillance, or a related investigative role.
  • Familiarity with CCTV systems and video playback software.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce fraud detection, risk analysis, or internal investigations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication for precise and concise report writing
  • Dependable and trustworthy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaboration - Work closely with security teams, management, and law enforcement when necessary, providing clear and accurate evidence to support investigations.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English with advantage of another language
  • Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
