About this team
The Performance Marketing Team is responsible for delivering incremental, omni growth for lululemon’s North America business. They work cross-functionally with Brand and the Greater DM team driving Revenue and Guest Acquisition.
A day in the life:
The Lead, Performance Marketing is responsible for leading the strategy and deployment of Paid Search & Paid Social within the Mexico market. They will be constantly looking for opportunity to scale growth and drive performance. This person will ensure best in class execution and deliver valuable insights to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· 5+ Year experience across SEM & Paid Social
· Proven track record of managing strategy and execution for Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager
· Understanding of Google Merchant Center and Feed Management Tools
· Working knowledge of Affiliate marketing
· Experience Building Spend/Revenue Forecasts
· Experience working with Analytical Tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
· Advanced Excel Skills
· Aware of the latest trends and best practices in Digital Marketing, measurement & technology
· Demonstrated relationship skills to work with numerous internal/external resources and departments to reach objectives
· Strong grasp of both Spanish and English language; grammar and spelling
