a day in the life: what you’ll do
· Provide day-to-day operational support to the Legal team, including triaging legal requests, coordinating meetings, liaising with external counsel and vendors, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate billing records.
· Assist with the preparation, proofreading, and formatting of legal documents to ensure accuracy and consistency.
· Manage the circulation, execution, and filing of contracts and other legal documentation.
· Support the development, updating and maintenance of standard legal templates across the EMEA region.
· Review and assist in the preparation of basic agreements, including non-disclosure agreements under supervision.
· Conduct legal research across a range of practice areas and provide updates on relevant legislative and regulatory developments.
· Assist in the preparation of training materials and presentations for EMEA business stakeholders.
· Collaborate with the Legal Operations team to support the development and continuous improvement of systems, tools and processes to enhance legal service delivery.
qualifications, skills & experience
· Previous experience working as a legal assistant, office manager or administrator. In house experience desirable.
· Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· A proactive learner with a collaborative mindset.
· Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
