Setting the bar in technical fabrics and functional design, we create transformational products and experiences that support people in moving, growing, connecting, and being well. We owe our success to our innovative product, emphasis on stores, commitment to our people, and the incredible connections we make in every community we're in. As a company, we focus on creating positive change to build a healthier, thriving future. In particular, that includes creating an equitable, inclusive and growth-focused environment for our people.

About this team

As an NSO Analyst, Planning and Inventory Management, you oversee inventory planning and movement for the Openings and Optimizations (O&O) portfolio across APAC. This includes new stores, renovations, relocations, conversions, pop-ups, and test-and-learn retail concepts. You bring an analytical, product-focused lens to cross-functional workstreams, ensuring each store is set up for success with the right product, at the right time, in the right quantities — all while upholding brand standards, capacity, and visual merchandising principles.

A day in the life
  • Project Management & Inventory Analysis for all O&O project types, including New Store Openings, Renovations, Relocations, Temporary Spaces, Expansions and Pop-Ups.
  • Forecast and implement opening inventory targets based on project strategy, sales expectations, market nuances, and seasonality.
  • Set up Core and seasonal inventory with the appropriate mix based on sales contribution, destination/fixture capacities and minimum presentations.
  • Manage assortment and inventory parameters in Anaplan (breadth, FDOD, lifecycle, replenishment).
  • Review and optimize inventory targets (unit capacity, cc targets, depth, core vs. seasonal mix) by division and class.
  • Run regular reporting and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across your project portfolio.
  • Manage post-opening inventory levels, reacting to business needs and store-specific performance in a timely and effective way.
  • Support store consolidation analysis and maintenance strategies to optimize inventory health.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with Store Planning, Planning, Allocation, Retail Ops, DCs, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and test-and-learn initiatives based on evolving business needs.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in an autonomous merchandise or inventory management-related role, preferably within a Retail organisation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Operations, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for working with data, systems, and cross-functional complexity
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with SQL, Power Query, and Power BI is an asset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills — ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with shifting priorities
  • High attention to detail, with the ability to build logic and checks into reporting and tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey insights and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and resourceful — able to work independently while contributing to team goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with frequent change
  • This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a project-based environment with multiple timelines and deliverables

Must haves:
  • Acknowledges the presence of choice in every moment and takes personal responsibility for their life.
  • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results.
  • Communicates with honesty and kindness, and creates the space for others to do the same.
  • Leads with courage, knowing the possibility of greatness is bigger than the fear of failure.
  • Fosters connection by putting people first and building trusting relationships.
  • Integrates fun and joy as a way of being and working, aka doesn’t take themselves too seriously.
