about this team
Our Global Distribution DC Support functions are part of our greater lululemon Supply Chain organization. This team is responsible for the overall Health and Safety, Facilities and Production Control of our North America Distribution Centers. Production control is a fast-paced team in a unique position to support the distribution business at every level of operation. They supply the flow of outbound work to the distribution center and work with the teams on the ground to prioritize and execute that workload. Primary functions include waving, researching, shift planning, and workflow optimization. Production Control is a pivotal partner to DC leadership and has daily influence on every department.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $90,000 - 95,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
