about this team:

The Enterprise Strategy & Planning team is a trusted partner in the development of long and short-term strategies, working cross-functionally with the entire business on key strategic initiatives. This role requires a candidate with strong governance, program management, process design and analytical experience. As a part of the Enterprise Strategy & Planning team, the Senior Analyst will play a critical role in gathering & analyzing business performance insights at the enterprise-level to frame decisions for the senior leadership along with supporting project delivery and enabling processes to drive to business outcomes.

core responsibilities:

  • Support the facilitation of cross-functional meetings, drive enrollment, decision-making, and execution of key milestones and deliverable.
  • Contribute to executive presentations that effectively frame and visualize insights for an executive-level audience.
  • Maintain a continuous improvement mindset, identifying opportunities & designing future state processes as required.
  • Support program management efforts for enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, including governance and performance reporting.
  • Develop, refine, and maintain program management standards, tools, reporting, and methodology.
  • Support scheduling and facilitation of working sessions with business partners and the work-back activities and reviews required to prepare for working sessions.
  • Execute work ensuring timely, quality deliverables according to project design.
  • Support the design/delivery of key deliverables for senior audiences, including design, planning, and strategy deliverables.

 

qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or similar preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in management/strategy consulting or similar field.
  • Strong presentation skills and advanced skills in writing strategic reports and presentations.
  • Project management certificates, certifications and/or experience driving program management for large projects / initiatives would be an asset.
  • Excellent skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office Suite are required, skills in PowerBI would be an asset.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, multi-tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause identification skills. 
  • Excellent communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn on the job and a 'growth mindset.’ 
  • Ability to influence and partner with others – a strong team player.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different departments and at different levels within an organization.
  • Demonstrates discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
