about this team 

Responsible for attracting great people to lululemon, the Talent Acquisition team seeks out people in the world that add to lululemon in values and culture. As a strategic partner to the business, the Talent Acquisition team finds both internal and external talent to foster to the growth of our organization. 


core responsibilities 

The Senior Creative Talent Manager will be based in London, with a reporting line into North America. They will focus on finding European talent for North American based roles, partnering with Hiring Managers also in North America. This person will be responsible for finding and attracting creative talent for merchandising, apparel, footwear, graphics, colour, brand, and retail design. Focusing on growing our creative teams, the Sr Creative Talent Manager should be well versed in identifying strong portfolios, coaching candidates on presenting their creative process during the interview process and staying informed of the fashion and creative industry shifts. This person will attend industry events, partnering with local design schools, fashion shows and host portfolio review sessions. The Sr Creative Talent Manager will be responsible for end-to-end recruiting efforts from attraction to hire. 


qualifications 

  • Minimum 6 years of recent experience hiring creative talent. 
  • Strong background in partnering with senior leaders on proactive talent acquisition strategy. 
  • Strong background in Talent systems (ATS, LinkedIn) and building/delivering metrics and reporting. 
  • Deep understanding of a variety of creative recruiting/sourcing methods including networking, direct sourcing, and market mapping. 
  • Innovative, creative and strategic thinker. 
  • Able to attend out-of-office events representing Lululemon as a creative recruiting expert.
