The International Digital Engineering team owns and evolves the technology that powers digital commerce across global markets and third‑party marketplaces. We design, build, and operate scalable, resilient platforms that enable localized, seamless shopping experiences for customers around the world. By partnering closely with product, operations, and regional teams, we help accelerate international growth while ensuring performance, reliability, and consistency across every market and channel.
core Responsibilities:
As a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will lead complex security engineering initiatives, designing and implementing security controls, platforms, and solutions that protect critical systems at scale. You will build and operate enterprise security capabilities such as centralized authentication, security enforcement mechanisms, and security automation, while applying secure coding practices and rigorous testing and validation. You will partner closely with engineering teams to embed security into system design and delivery, drive improvements to security quality and reliability, and mentor junior engineers through hands-on technical leadership and knowledge sharing.

compensation and benefits package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $136,200 - $178,700 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
