As the Senior Manager, Program Management, you will successfully manage Delivery Enablement for Global Digital, GETE, Retail Omni.  


Reporting to the Director, TPMO, The Senior Manager, Program Management role will lead and support key cross-functional initiatives within our technology organization. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of programs that align with business and technology objectives. You will work closely with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to facilitate portfolio planning / prioritization and provide standards/guidelines for portfolios to ensure successful impact and of technology to drive the business forward. 


This position involves managing program roadmaps, tracking budgets, risks, and resources, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals. You will help deliver standardized technology processes to enable program delivery, provide portfolio insights to senior leadership, and drive collaboration across teams to ensure successful outcomes. In this organization, you will oversee a team of Technical Program Managers and play a leadership role with Portfolio Management workstream, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. 


As a key contributor to Lululemon’s strategic initiatives, you will work closely with Technology Leadership and key business stakeholders to prioritize, address challenges, and ensure that portfolios deliver meaningful business value. 


responsibilities 

  • Lead the development and enhancement of program management capabilities across the organization by defining best practices, frameworks, and methodologies that enable teams to effectively manage complex portfolios and programs. 
  • Work closely with senior leaders to align program management strategies with organizational goals, ensuring that the processes and tools put in place support long-term business objectives and operational effectiveness. 
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement in program management processes, focusing on increasing efficiency, reducing friction, and enabling teams to execute with greater agility and precision. 
  • Establish and refine governance structures that guide decision-making, resource allocation, and prioritization across portfolios, ensuring clear visibility and accountability while fostering collaboration. 
  • Design and implement a training and development program that builds program management competencies across teams, empowering individuals to manage projects with confidence and consistency. 
  • Champion the use of collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Jira, Confluence) and ensure teams have the right tools to manage programs effectively, facilitating collaboration and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of program management capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement and further enablement. 
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives by ensuring that program management capabilities evolve in line with changing business needs and emerging industry trends. 
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, where teams are encouraged to experiment, learn from feedback, and adapt their approaches to improve program execution over time.


qualifications 

  • 12+ years working in Technology or a related field   
  • 10+ years of experience in delivery management and 7+ years in Program Management  
  • Proven track record and experience working in a global company with technology teams in India and NAM to be able to guide / coach the program managers in engagement model 
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management Certification (PROSCI) nice to have   
  • Experience in delivering change to multiple different user groups (E.g. guest support and DCs) vs single user group 
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear, high impact communications to executives, managers, employees and business partners   
  • Passionate for problem solving and deep expertise in critical thinking to unblock the team with minimum guidance 
  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous environment   
  • Demonstrated ability to function in a fast-paced, multi-program environment with changing priorities    
  • Ability to anticipate potential problems and proactively troubleshoot to resolve issues   
  • Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and gain consensus in the absence of direct authority    
  • Proven results working with global and remote teams across different time zones

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $166,200-$218,200 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
