about this team

The Strategy team is a trusted partner in the development of long and short-range company strategies, working cross-functionally with the entire business on key strategic initiatives. Our team enables strategy development by providing market, financial and consumer analyses to the business to deliver a strong fact base and logical framework for planning and decision-making. Key activities for the team include developing the company long-range plan annually, overseeing and tracking business transformation initiatives, and advising on strategic initiatives


core responsibilities

    • Conducts detailed research and analysis across market, financial, and consumer data to support strategic problem solving.
    • Synthesizes data and research into clear insights, helping to build a strong fact base for decision-making.
    • Contributes to structuring problems and workplans, working within established frameworks to support broader strategic initiatives.
    • Develops high-quality analyses and materials, translating data into clear, well-structured outputs and presentations.
    • Collaborates closely with team members and cross-functional partners, building strong working relationships and contributing to team success.
    • Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all analyses and deliverables.
    • Takes ownership of individual workstreams and deliverables, proactively seeking feedback and guidance to continuously improve.


qualifications

    • Undergraduate degree required
    • 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or a related analytical role
    • Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to gather, organize, and synthesize data from multiple sources
    • High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in analysis and deliverables
    • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to translate data into clear, structured analyses and presentations
    • Experience supporting projects or workstreams in a team-based environment
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present findings and insights
    • Demonstrated curiosity, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $112,000–$147,000annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
