a day in the life: what you’ll do

Responsible for day-to-day support functions to continuous improvement initiatives across 3PL, Manhattan Active WMS, Manhattan 2013 WMS, DCMS and integrations. Focus on the Warehouse Management System that drives all user activities and hardware automation within Lululemon’s warehouses. Play a key role in the stabilization of the warehouses with a focus and commitment to improve operational efficiency and eliminate defects. Lead functional solution and design discussions with understanding of process, data and system flows to facilitate design decisions within a functional domain. Articulate systems-thinking to various groups across the organization. Provide technical oversight and guide teams to resolve complex and technical issues. Support one or more moderately to highly complex business processes. Champion best practices around Agile, waterfall, data standards, patterns and policies, and procedures. Solution business issues or requirements. Support during sev 1 issues to provide technical ownership to drive to resolution. Share best practices amongst DC technology. Drive partnership with fellow team members to share knowledge, documentation, and alignment to solutions.

 

Telecommuting permitted up to one day per week within same geographic location as assigned office location.

Up to 10% domestic travel required. 

40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.

 

qualifications

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field plus eight (8) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in warehouse management systems including WMOS and Manhattan Active. 

 

Must have 8 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently): 

  • SQL, XML, or JSON;
  • Software development practices and project life cycles.

 

Must have 5 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently): 

  • Material handling equipment (MHE) in ASRS, Putwalls, Autobaggers, Print and Apply, and/or Cubiscan;
  • Agile work experience using automated technologies and tools including JIRA, ServiceNow, and PagerDuty.

 

Must have 3 years of experience in all of the following (which may be gained concurrently): 

  • Warehouse control systems (WCS); 
  • Using shipping solutions (including FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL, or freight carriers) to improve distribution center automation and warehouse operational efficiency; 

 

Must have 3 years of experience with software technologies in one out of the following: Postman, Swagger, Splunk, and Lenses.

 

Must have 1 year of experience in ITIL Incident Management.

compensation and benefits package 

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $165,000.00 - $185,000.00 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
